"I have suffered from Rosacea my whole life, resulting in bright red, inflamed cheeks, and a lack of confidence. The green concealer is the only product I have ever found that gives me full concealment without looking or feeling heavy"
Our Zazi Woman this August is Danielle. Danielle is a studying Nurse and a bad TV addict! She swears by Zazi products as they help her feel confident, beautiful and light. Simply by uploading her best Zazi face on Instagram (you can enter through Facebook too!) and tagging Zazi or using the #zaziwoman tag, Danielle scored a guest spot on our blog and 40% off her next order! Has there ever been a better reason to take a selfie? (Admit it, you don't really need a new excuse!).
Tell us a bit about yourself….
My name is Danielle, I am 25 years old, live in Mount Gambier South Australia and I am a Registered Nursing Student at the University of SA and will be completing my degree in November. I live with my amazing fiancé Joe, and we have a little fur baby; Ralph the dog.
What is your favourite Zazi product and why?
My favourite product is the green concealer. I have suffered from Rosacea my whole life, resulting in bright red, inflamed cheeks, and a lack of confidence. The green concealer is the only product I have ever found that gives me full concealment without looking or feeling heavy.
What’s your favourite lip stick shade?
My favourite lip stick shade is “Bardot”, I think a darker lip can really make a look.
Tell us your best piece of beauty advice…
My best piece of beauty advice is to wear your make up in a way that makes you feel confident, if you love how you look who cares what anyone else thinks!
What’s your ideal way to get some ‘me’ time?
Me time is pretty rare for a Uni student who also works full time hours, but I enjoy nothing more than enjoying a yummy cup of tea cuddled up in front of the heater watching terrible TV. Yoga would come in a close second!
Give us your favourite quote of all time (someone elses or your own!)
It seems to me that the years between eighteen and twenty-eight are the hardest, psychologically. It’s then you realize this is make or break, you no longer have the excuse of youth, and it is time to become an adult – but you are not ready. – Helen Mirren. So true about my age group!
What does ‘beauty’ mean to you?
I think beauty is about a person as a whole. It isn’t all about how you look or dress or do your makeup and hair; it is about the way you treat people, how you go about things in your day to day life, and it is also about how kindly you treat yourself.
Finish this sentence: The most beautiful thing a person can wear is…
A smile and an open, kind heart!
